Hikiddo 24V Ride-On Truck | Amazon Review

The Hikiddo 24V Toy Truck is an AWESOME toy!

I'm so grateful for the opportunity to review this product. This is one of those toys that I, myself, always wanted as a kid, and as a mom always wanted to give my kid.

Now, I know you're thinking, well you got it for free, so of course you think it's great — not true!

I get many product offers, and all the agents I do collaborations with will tell you, that I decline many product offers too.

Anyway, it came via FedEx, in two separate boxes. It shipped from somewhere in Georgia. The first box that arrived was the body of the truck, and the second box arrived the next day, which had the wheels. The first box is really big and a bit heavy, it's easier to just slide it inside.

FYI, when I was assembling it, I did not realize that it would be difficult to get it out of the door, to get it outside. So this is something that should be assembled in the driveway, garage, backyard, etc.

It's big and heavy once put together.

Also, the directions were not great, but still relatively easy to figure out, EXCEPT for the rear motors and the wire connections. I do recommend making sure the rear motors are installed correctly before connecting any of the wires.

Although the instructions weren't the best, that was the only part that was a bit confusing — the motors connects to the wheels and also connects to the rear axle; there's like a turning "lever" on the motor, and that part goes in a rectangular looking bracket that's on each side of the rear axle — hard to explain in words; but you'll know if it's installed correctly by manually rotating the wheel, if you can't rotate the wheel completely, it's because the "lever" is hitting the bracket that it's supposed to go in.

It has LOTS of cool audio functions; like the car actually makes an engine sound when turning it on; it also has built-in preset songs, you can connect a music player to it via Bluetooth, the USB port, or even the AUX port (which would be like the port for headphones on a music player); there are functions to pause/play, forward, or previous for controlling the music.

It has working headlights and back lights, and doors that open and close (and locks). You can open the hood of the car, to get to like an actual battery compartment and where the wiring are. The hood stays close with clasps, but they pop off easily though.

The max speed is 5mph. It has a seat belt. On the product page, it says that "detailed installation videos and instructions" are provided, but I didn't see anywhere on the paper instruction for a video link; nor is there an installation video on the Amazon product page.

Sizes are: 48.5"L X 34.7"W X 31.2"H. Max load of 88 LBS. Recommended age is 3 to 7 years old.

If this specific model is no longer available, Hikiddo has other models.
